Use the readiness checklist
It names what to fix next and what each item is costing you.
What to do
- Scroll to the Readiness checklist card.
- Read the open issues and what each one costs.
- Fix one and watch the score move.
The checklist is the answer to "what should I do next". Every line names a problem and the points it is costing you, so you can spend your time on the expensive ones.
Fix one thing and the Readiness Score moves straight away. That immediacy is deliberate: it lets you see whether a change was worth making instead of guessing.
