The 60-Day Interview Guarantee. Every paid plan now carries it: rebuild your resume here, track 20 applications in 60 days, and if you are not getting more interviews than before, your subscription fees come back. It now leads the home page, the pricing page and the upgrade screens, and the full terms sit on the pricing page.
The Interview Pipeline System. A new 90-day program, US$497 one time: 90 days of Premium, a 60-minute Interview Pipeline Review, a 15-minute group check-in every week, and three bonus packs. It is backed by the guarantee, and the new program page explains how the 90 days run.
Pro by the year. Pro is now US$79 a year as well as US$9.99 a month, and the yearly plan includes the Interview Pipeline Review. Switch with the Monthly and Annual buttons on the pricing page. The yearly plan has no trial.
Premium leads with the call. Premium is now US$49 a month and is built around a 15 to 30-minute resume and career review with Max each quarter, on top of unlimited rewrites, Job Matches and cover letters, priority referral matching and early Interview Prep reviews. Members already on the old price keep it.
Interview Prep for every role. Practice is no longer IT only. Question banks now cover the other nine roles as well, so you can pick your role and start writing answers.
Tell us when a scan fails. If a resume scan fails, you can now report it from the scan page and send the file with your note. You get a reply once we know what went wrong.
The editor remembers your tab. Reloading a resume reopens the tab you were on, instead of sending you back to the start.
Cleaner role headers. A trailing city, province or country is now dropped from the employer name in your role headers.
One email when you scan again. Run a second free scan and you get a single email about it, and the emails that follow keep a two-day gap so nothing arrives on top of it.

Offer copy. Pricing and trial pages now show a clearer outcome headline, the 14-day Pro trial line, the named plan stack in the paywall, prices in US dollars, and a 'Recommended' label on the Pro plan.
Email fixes. Unsubscribing now stops follow-up emails as expected, billing emails for failed payments and plan changes send correctly, and unsubscribing from scan emails no longer also removes you from job referral mail.
Tailored copy reload. Reloading a tailored resume copy no longer jumps you to the Experience tab.
Export formatting. All exports now handle empty fields the same way, instead of showing blank bullets, undated roles or empty sections differently depending on the export.
Job Match intro text. The 'job you last checked is still here' message now only shows when there is actually a saved posting in the box.
Sign-in redirect. Clicking Practice while signed out now returns you to the practice page after you log in, instead of the dashboard.
Interview Prep picker. The Base questions picker in Interview Prep now remembers a 'None' choice after a reload.
Privacy policy update. The privacy policy now matches how the app actually handles data, covering scan text retention, how long originals and backups are kept, and the use of Turnstile.
Resume parsing. Uploaded resumes now parse more accurately: page footers and LinkedIn-style date and degree lines are read correctly, a second experience entry no longer swaps its title and company, and a year range is no longer mistaken for a phone number.
Interview Pipeline Review. Pro and Premium members can now book a paid Interview Pipeline Review from their dashboard, and the offer is listed on the pricing page.
Partner codes. Career coaches and community groups can now request a partner code on the new Partners page, and people who sign up with one get extra Pro days.
Refer-a-friend. A new refer-a-friend feature gives you a personal /r/ link, awards Pro days to both you and your friend, prompts you to share at the moment you win, and includes a Google review ask.
New landing pages. Two new pages, for people after a layoff and newcomers to Canada, are now live from the /for generator.

Interview Prep is open. Since Monday 28 September you can practise for your role: pick it from Interview Prep in the menu, press Practice, and write your answers in STAR form. Premium members get answer reviews now, and Pro and Free get them from 28 October.
Job Match weighs the whole fit. The score now looks at how well your experience fits the job, instead of leaning on how many of the posting's keywords appear in your resume. Some scores will move.
Clearer message when a job board says no. When you add a job to your tracker from a link and the board will not let us read the posting, the message now names the board and says why, instead of blaming a login. The link is kept, so you only type the job title and company.
Tailored copies keep a clean name. Tailoring a copy you had already tailored no longer repeats the company name in its title.
Walkthrough video. The Help page now opens with a short video that walks through how the resume builder works, with the same steps written out below it.
Fewer repeat emails. A failed payment now sends one email per invoice. If you scanned a resume more than once, you get each follow-up email once, and one unsubscribe stops them all.

Coming Monday, 28 September: Interview Prep. Pick your role, work through the questions interviewers actually ask for it, and write your answers in STAR form. A review tells you what is weak or missing. It never writes the answer for you, so what you say in the room is yours. From Monday everyone can browse the questions and save drafts, and Premium members get reviews. Pro and Free get reviews from 28 October. Each review uses one AI rewrite; Premium has no limit. Start with your role.
Upload the job posting. Job Match now takes the posting as a file. Upload a PDF, Word or text file and its text fills the Job description box, ready for you to check before you run the match. Pasting still works.
Job Match remembers the posting. Come back to the Job Match tab and the job you last checked is still there, so a rerun is one click. After you accept tailored bullets, the score updates on its own.
Same resume, same score. Checking the same resume against the same job now gives the same score every time, instead of drifting a few points.
Job Match on a tailored copy. After you tailor a resume, the copy now opens with the job already filled in, and one click scores the copy itself instead of showing the score from before tailoring. The cover letter card tells you when its score predates tailoring.
Reload without losing your tailoring suggestions. Refreshing the page after tailoring a resume to a job no longer throws away the suggestions you had not reviewed yet, and ones you already accepted or dismissed stay gone. The page also stays on the tab you were using.
Tailoring works on long resumes. Tailor to this job no longer fails on longer resumes, and it now works on a tailored copy you have not edited yet.
Sharper check on tailoring suggestions. When a job listing names a skill as several related terms at once, tailoring now checks each one on its own, so a skill you already show doesn't get flagged as missing, and one you don't have can't slip into a suggestion.
Tailoring stops repeating opening verbs. Suggestions from Job Match tailoring no longer start with the same verb as each other, or as a bullet you kept in the same role.
Downloads match the preview. PDF, Word and text downloads now follow the same layout as the preview on screen.
PDF imports keep bullets whole. Importing a PDF resume no longer splits a bullet that runs onto a second line into two bullets, and your summary comes in as paragraphs.
Cover letter, easier to find. The Job Match tab now shows the cover letter card before you have run a match, with a line on how to unlock it, instead of hiding it until a score exists.
Help, one click away. A new Help page walks through the main tasks, and there is a Help link in the header once you are signed in.
Billing emails. You now get a short email when a payment fails, when a subscription is cancelled, and when a trial turns into a paid plan.
Signed in already? The login and signup pages now send you straight to your dashboard instead of showing the form.
Clearer unsubscribe page. If you unsubscribe from a follow-up after a free scan, the page now says all emails from us are stopped, instead of talking about a job search board you never set up.
Friday, 18 September 2026
Rewrites check the verbs you already use. The AI-assisted rewrite now sees which verbs your other bullets start with and avoids repeating them, especially within the same job.
Three marketing roles, and a Marketing family. Product marketing manager, digital marketing specialist and content marketing manager each have their own guidance page now, taking the list to 52 roles. Browse the roles.
Friday, 11 September 2026
Cover letters. On Pro and Premium, write a letter from a Job Match so it argues from what your resume actually says about that specific posting. It will not write one for a job your resume cannot support, and it tells you what is missing instead.
Six business roles, not just IT. Internal communications, change communications, corporate communications, change manager, sales development representative and business development manager are now on the list, taking it to 49 roles. Each one has its own guidance page covering what that job is read for and a before-and-after bullet. Pick yours when you sign up. Browse the roles.
The role you pick now shapes your rewrites. It used to sit in your account and do nothing. It now goes onto your resume as your target role, and the AI-assisted rewrites are written for that job.
Friday, 4 September 2026
Download as a PDF. Your resume now saves as a PDF as well as Word and plain text. It is written directly by the builder rather than converted from the Word file, so the two match line for line. Free accounts get a watermark, paid plans do not.
More accurate reading of uploaded resumes. Short summary lines are no longer dropped, education stops repeating the year and listing the school as a second degree, and a role with no dates keeps its place in your history.
The scan now checks your dates. Employment gaps, overlapping roles, a role that ends before it starts, and year typos are all flagged. None of them cost you points. They are the things a recruiter asks about first, so it is better to hear them here than in the interview.
A guided tour of the builder. The first time you open the editor, seven short steps explain what each section is for and what the score is actually looking at. It runs once, and you can skip it.
A stricter read on quantified results. The scan used to treat any number as a measured result, so "SQL Server 2019" and "Windows 10" counted. It now looks for a number that measures something, and says so when a bullet has none. The free scan also shows the full checklist, not only the items that move the score.
Guidance for 43 IT roles. Role by role, what the job is actually scored on and what belongs at the top of the page. Across engineering, data and analytics, product and delivery, architecture and infrastructure, and leadership. Browse the roles.

60-Day Interview Guarantee. On a paid plan, rebuild your resume in the tool and track 20 or more applications within 60 days. If you are not getting more interviews than you were before, your subscription fees are refunded. It is a refund policy rather than a promise of employment. Full conditions on the terms page.
Tailor to this job. Paste the posting and get rewrite suggestions bullet by bullet, on a copy of your resume. Nothing changes until you accept it, and real gaps are flagged rather than papered over. It draws on your AI rewrite allowance, so a free account can try it.
Sign in with Google. One click to create an account. No password to pick, no email to confirm first.
Friday, 21 August 2026
Weekly progress email. A short summary of where your applications stand, and a nudge when one has gone quiet for too long. One click to turn it off.
My Job Search tracker. Every application in one place, from applied through to offer. Paste the job link and the company and title are filled in for you. Free on every plan, including free accounts.
Friday, 31 July 2026
Job Match. Paste a job description and see how well your resume matches it, with the gaps listed, before you apply. Available on Pro.
Friday, 17 July 2026
Free instant resume scan. A Resume Readiness Score out of 100, with the full issue breakdown, no signup needed to run it.
Shareable score badge. A public link that shows your name and score.
